Productive Environment with Positive colleagues and leadership – Indeed User

I have really enjoyed working for this company. It is my first time working with a start-up so I wasn't sure what to expect, having heard other peoples previous experiences with start-ups. I started off with a junior role and focused on getting work done and providing deliverables, and it is regularly noticed. As a result I have advanced into a new position twice. I feel valued and respected and that I can contribute to something meaningful. I feel like my managers listen to me and value my opinion and my work, as opposed to previous positions I have been in.

The workplace culture is fantastic, I feel like my co-workers are my friends, but there is always room to freely express feedback and not have adverse repercussions. The HR team is great, and highly supportive of the team.

Overall I have had nothing but a positive experience and would recommend it to anyone. Personal perk is that the company is helping patients reduce opioid usage, pain levels, and return to work and life faster post lower extremity surgery. It feels good to work with a purpose.
