In a few months, I will be celebrating my 1st year anniversary working at ROMTech and I love it. More than a decade has slipped by since I felt this excited about going to work every day. Things like competitive salary, bonuses, flexible hours, medical benefits, PTO, life/work balance are all in place. The management team is outstanding and the last time I saw this many superstars I was watching the Academy Awards. LOL. The company culture is warm, engaging, sociable, and supportive. And last but not least, they have fun contests that usually come with a gift card when you win.

Training and resources to help us succeed are available and there isn’t much turnover which is an indication that they are doing a lot of things right. I like that during our weekly staff meetings metrics are discussed so that we can see where we stand as a team.

Over the past year, the company has experienced a growth spurt and it is refreshing to see new people being hired and announcements about existing employee promotions. Based on my experience, career progression has been great and it has been based on my performance and backed by metrics. I’m a Business Development Representative and I work at home. However, during two visits to ROMTech headquarters in Brookfield, Connecticut, I had an opportunity to talk with quite a few employees from different departments and I was impressed with the positive things they shared and the pride they have for their jobs. They got along very well and several who commute said it was worth it.

Peter Arn is the CEO and I found him to be innovative and a man with integrity who is on a mission to make a difference in the world. He and my boss, Michael Encinas keep the staff up to date on new developments and encourage employees to share their ideas. In closing, ROMTech is big on acknowledging the accomplishments of people in all departments which is a great morale booster. I have referred a few people who really like working at ROMTech. The future looks bright and I'm looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial career at ROMTech.
