I highly recommend this method of rehab. It was so easy to get in my sessions five times a day without having to leave my home. The bike aided in making my knee feel so much better after each session and I actually looked forward to pedaling. I really don't think I would have been as successful if I had to use another method of treatment. It was also amazing to see the progress each session as it measured my ability to straighten and bend my knee. If you have the opportunity to use this method, take it, you won't regret it.
